One of the biggest challenges in healthcare today is sharing information quickly and securely to the right people and providers.
AIDA HEALTHCARE APP FOR EPIC
Our app has been custom-built for Epic integration and enables you to leverage 3 core features: Eliminate the hassle of user provisioning via SSO, use AIDA as an embedded experience within your Epic interface, and access all patient records directly through the app via APIs.
This last feature opens the door to fully standardized and file-less referral packets that can be customized by Care Provider type – eliminating the need for faxing, printing, and file management.
Patient-centered care begins with helping the patient make a well-informed decision about their next care provider. With AIDA, patients can easily see providers who can meet their needs and treatment goals using up-to-date quality care data.
One of the biggest challenges in healthcare today is sharing information quickly and securely to the right people and providers. AIDA makes it possible to do this with confidence and at scale by offering secure channels to all the important parties involved in a care transition.
We ensure accessibility by offering this service to post-acute care providers, patients, and families at no charge.
Finding the right placement option requires the ability to filter search results by criteria like financial status, clinical care needs, psychosocial status, state-specific provider contracts, and geographic preference. AIDA makes it possible to do just that. Our patent-pending algorithm takes all the criteria that matter to you and your patient and matches it with the best placement options available.
One of the areas where AIDA delivers unique value is the ability to secure placement for complex-case patients. Delivering patient-centered outcomes means giving extra attention to a patient’s social determinants of health or other challenges like obesity, Medicaid-only coverage, substance abuse, or a history of aggressive behaviors. AIDA addresses these issues by connecting ALL post-acute providers at no cost, including community-based providers. AIDA’s patented matching algorithms provide all stake-holders the ability to access accurate, live data and “find the needle in a haystack”. This approach has a direct impact on length of stay and readmission reduction.
